Transparency first

Our first experience with refurbished iPhones was deeply disappointing. The devices we received from established refurbishers did not fully match the expectations set by their websites. While the cosmetic condition was often acceptable, we quickly discovered that the devices had been refurbished with low-quality replacement parts, without this being communicated beforehand.

This led us to a simple question: is it really that difficult to be transparent about the characteristics that matter the most in a refurbished phone?

With this question in mind, we set out to find a better way. Along the way, we learned that a great purchase starts with clear information and honest expectations. Especially when it comes to a product you rely upon every single day.
